Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.artless.org.uk ("our site"). This includes information you provide when subscribing to our email services and newsletters. The information you provide to us may include your name, organisation name, address, e-mail address, phone number, photographs, financial and credit card information, and whether you are a UK tax payer so that we can claim Gift Aid (please rest assured we do not collect information about your actual tax payments, just whether you are a tax payer).
